Senior Investment Consultant will be responsible for:
- Market Research and monitoring of activities in the Real Commercial Real Estates
- Analysis of financials of Commercial Real Estates
- Preparing offers for the Clients
- Negotiating with Clients on both sell and buy mandates
- Commercial due diligence
- Preparing presentations for Clients
- Preparing offers and contracts for Clients
- Strategic advisory on the projects
- Understanding the needs of the clients and providing comprehensive real estate solutions
- Monitoring of trends and opportunities in commercial real estate
Required profile:
- Active use of English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must)
- Driving license
- Open and communicative
- Able to create and sell new ideas
- Sales and Presentation Skills
- 5-8 years of experience
- University degree (Economy)
